Think about it guys for a moment , if Miss Haiti had won the title tonight , Raquel Pelissier Miss Universe 2017 if it was the case Haiti would be the next destination for the Miss Universe 2018 so you can imagine the judges decision between France and Haiti ? our infrastructures and political setting made the choice very complicated and in favor of Miss France . If Haiti had gotten so far in the 2017 miss universe contest it's because Haiti via Raquel Pelissier earned it and actually won the title, for those reasons that I mentioned above they just did not give it to Haiti , that is my personal opinion.
